What service taught
Three habits
he now teaches.
- 01Resilience under pressureService beneath the oceans leaves no room for panic. He teaches people to stay clear-headed when things tighten.
- 02Strategic foresightGood decisions are made before the pressure arrives. He trains the habit of thinking a few moves ahead.
- 03Clean executionA plan only counts when it is carried out well. Discipline, follow-through and teamwork are the method.

Study, alongside service
He kept learning
in uniform.
While serving in the Navy, Dr. Krishna studied in parallel. His degrees run from a 2005 M.A. and a 2007 M.Phil in Public Administration, through an MBA in Human Resources and a PG Diploma in Fire & Safety, to a Ph.D. in E-Governance from Andhra University, where he won the gold medal in 2016.
He added CAIIB in 2015 and an M.Sc. in Psychology in 2023. The mix matters: how organisations work, how people behave, and how to stay steady under pressure.
Today he coaches individuals, sales teams and leaders, speaks at events, and runs the GRN Charitable Trust — Healthy India, Wealthy India.
